Welcome to Studio Vera - a collective space of beauty and wellness providers. Please take a moment to review a few important details before your visit:
Independent Providers.
Studio Vera is a booth rental salon. This means each provider is an independent contractor running their own business within our shared space. Studio Vera is not responsible for anything that happens between you and your service provider. Please refer to the Providers page for individual contact information.
Appointments Only.
Studio Vera operates by appointment only. If you arrive early and the door is locked, please don’t worry—your prover is likely finishing with another client.
Cancellations and Rescheduling.
A valid card must be on file to book your service. Nothing is charged until the time of your appointment.
Cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge.
Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may require a deposit to secure future appointments.
Each provider has their own cancellation and rescheduling policies—please refer to their booking links on the Providers page for details.
No Guests Please.
Our services are exclusively for guests aged 16 and older. We kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment — extra guests, friends, or family members (including children) cannot be accommodated in the treatment rooms or waiting area.
The only exception is a parent accompanying a minor. Please arrange childcare in advance so you — and other guests receiving treatments — can enjoy a relaxing experience.
If this policy is violated, you may be kindly asked to reschedule.
Keeping it Peaceful.
Our studio has open ceilings — please help us keep the space serene by speaking softly through the hallways and during your visit.
